Before & After: From Real Estate Office to Tranquil Spa

This project transformed a former real estate office into a tranquil facial spa designed to evoke calm, warmth, and a sense of retreat. The existing space was highly utilitarian, with exposed mechanical systems, drop ceilings, and finishes that reflected a corporate office environment rather than one centered on wellness. Our goal was to completely reimagine the interior and create a serene atmosphere that would immediately shift the client’s experience from the outside world into a space of relaxation and restoration.

Working within the constraints of the existing structure, we focused on introducing warm, natural materials, sculptural furnishings, and a soft neutral palette to soften the commercial character of the space. Custom millwork, organic wood elements, and textured finishes were layered throughout to add warmth and depth, while the reception area was designed as a focal point with a fluted wood desk, statement lighting, and thoughtfully integrated retail shelving. The result is a peaceful and elevated environment that feels entirely removed from its former office setting, offering clients a calming and immersive spa experience.
