SENIOR INTERIOR
DESIGNER

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team and take a leadership role in delivering exceptional residential design projects. This position requires a seasoned professional who can confidently manage projects from initial concept through final installation while maintaining the highest standards of design, organization, and client service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead residential design projects through every phase, from concept development to project completion

  • Develop comprehensive design plans, including furnishings, finishes, lighting, textiles, and accessories

  • Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations

  • Prepare and oversee design documentation, floor plans, specifications, and visual presentations

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Coordinate with architects, builders, tradespeople, vendors, and project partners

  • Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs to monitor progress and maintain design integrity

  • Oversee project installations, styling, and final client presentations

  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure seamless communication throughout each project

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and professional representative of the firm in all client interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years of professional interior design experience

  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software

  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, furnishings, materials, and specifications

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience mentoring, leading, or collaborating with junior designers and support staff

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
